Located in the Hami region with an annual out put of 15million tons, the mine required an 1,800 TPH screening system.

To guarantee stability against surge loads from mining trucks an complex Run-of-Mine (ROM) conditions, EXCT engineered a solution with significant headroom at the intake stage.

The powerhouse: ZBWJ2825 (3,500 TPH Capacity) The ZBWJ2825 Feeder Breaker serves as the system’s throttle and fortress.

With a capacity nearly double the line’s rated output, this unit easily absorbs the instantaneous surge feeds from large dump trucks. It acts as a robust buffer, normalizing the flow to deliver a steady stream to down stream equipment.

By combining feeding and crushing in a single pass, it eliminates the bottlenecks common with static grizzlies, handling large lumps and gangue without choking.

Following the ZBWJ2825, the material undergoes a refined separation process:

One 2PLF150/300 Primary Sizer reduces the material further. Two GZS-2431 Roller Screens utilize specialized chain drives and disc geometries to prevent stones from jamming——a critical fix for this site’s geology—ensuring efficient 10-80mm separation.

Two 2PLF100/350 Secondary Sizers handle the final reduction of oversize material.

The strategic decision to use a high-capacity (3,500 TPH) primary breaker combined with super-large roller screens has proven effective against harsh environmental conditions and material hardness.

The system supports the continuous operation of the Hami North modern coal chemical industry chain.

Mengxiang Coal Mine New Coal Washing Plant, located in Xuejiawan town, is primarily engaged in coal mining and processing. The plant is part of a group coal power-coal washing integration project, with a designed processing capacity of 𝟭𝟲𝟬𝟬𝘁/𝗵.

Self-produced raw coal is transported directly by mine trucks to the unloading platform of the coal preparation plant. The raw coal enters crushers for size reduction from ≤𝟭𝟱𝟬𝟬𝗺𝗺 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝟭𝟬𝗺𝗺.

Project Insight:

Dacheng Coal Mining (under Xinjiang Shengjiang Investment Co., Ltd.) achieved a 2/3 increase in capacity and a 1/3 reduction in costs by deploying a semi-mobile crushing station featuring a Feeder Breaker and Mineral Sizer combination.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗝𝗶𝗺𝘀𝗮𝗿

Located in Santai Town, Jimsar County (218km from Urumqi), Dacheng Coal Mining operates on a massive resource base. The mine features a single recoverable coal seam with an average thickness of 37.34 meters, peaking at 72.46 meters.

To exploit this potential and handle the large run-of-mine (ROM) lumps, the client issued a tender in 2013 for a 1,200 TPH crushing line that could offer mobility, durability, and high throughput.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 "𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿 + 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗿" 𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆

EXCT delivered a semi-mobile crushing station designed to maximize efficiency through equipment synergy:

Feeder Breaker: Acting as the primary intake, this unit combines feeding, conveying, and primary breaking. It accepts large raw coal lumps (≤1000mm) directly from trucks, eliminating blockages and significantly reducing the need for expensive civil infrastructure (retaining walls/ramps).

Mineral Sizer (2PLF90/350): Material is then fed into the mineral sizer for secondary sizing, ensuring a consistent final output size of ≤300mm

Post-commissioning feedback highlights the transformative impact of this configuration on the mine's economics:

Capacity Surge: Production capacity effectively increased by 2/3 compared to traditional methods, stably hitting the 1,200 TPH target.

Cost Reduction: Due to the compact design and simplified process flow, operational costs were reduced by 1/3.

We choose 𝟯𝟰𝗖𝗿𝗡𝗶𝟯𝗠𝗼 for our shafts not just because it is strong, but because it has excellent “hardenability.” This allows us to ensure the material properties at the very center of a 500mm+ diameter shaft are just as consistent as the surface.

It starts with Vacuum Degassed steel, Using a high-tonnage press with a Forging Ratio of >= 3:1, we compress the steel to crush casting voids and align the grain flow.

Finally, the shaft undergoes a precise Quenching and Tempering cycle. This isn’t about guessing; it’s about hitting exact targets. The result is a shaft that balances brute strength with critical ductility.

Yiwu Guanghui Mining: Integrated Delivery of a 2500TPH Crushing, Screening, and Smart Loading System

Yiwu Guanghui Mining Co., Ltd., located in the Hami region of Xinjiang, serves as a critical energy hub.

In March 2023, to meet surging coal transport demands and enforce stricter particle size standards, the mine initiated a project for 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝟮,𝟱𝟬𝟬 𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿 (𝗧𝗣𝗛) 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶-𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺.

The project's unique challenge lay not just in crushing capacity, but in eliminating downstream logistical bottlenecks to create a seamless flow from raw coal processing to final product dispatch.

The solution we delivered encompassed the entire life cycle of the coal handling. The process begins with a massive 300m3 Unloading Buffer Bin, where raw coal is stabilized and fed into the system via 𝗭𝗕𝗪𝗝 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘃𝘆-𝗗𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿.

To guarantee strict adherence to final product size specifications, we engineered a “ Two-Stage Crushing” process: raw material first passes through a 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿 (𝟮𝗣𝗟𝗙𝟭𝟮𝟬/𝟮𝟱𝟬) for coarse reduction, followed by two units of 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 (𝟮𝗣𝗟𝗙𝟭𝟬𝟬/𝟯𝟱𝟬) for fine sizing.

This dual-stage configuration ensures consistent, high-quality marketable coal, even when handling hard or oversized feed.

The screening section utilizes a hybrid configuration, deploying 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗩𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗛𝗫𝗦𝟮𝟰𝟬𝟬 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻. This combination ensures high throughput while effectively managing sticky materials to prevent screen blinding.

The core differentiator of this project is it’s massive terminal loading capability. The system integrates 𝟲 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀, each equipped with a 300m3 buffer bin. To maximize logistical turnover, we deployed 6 sets of 150-ton (28-meter) Unattended Truck Scales.

This setup achieves fully automated management of vehicle entry, weighing, and loading ,enabling 24/7 unmanned operation. Additionally, to meet environmental transport regulations, each loading lane is equipped with a dedicated Tarpaulin Covering Platform.
