The rotary vibrating sieve is driven by a vertical vibration motor. 2. Screening Performance & Output
Rotary Vibrating Sieve: High vibration frequency, good for fine impurity removal and grading. It works well for 80‑400 mesh fine powder. The throughput is moderate. Vibration force breaks agglomerated powder effectively. It is more suitable for small‑to‑medium capacity sieving tasks.
Circular Gyratory Sifter: Gentle swing movement, larger effective screening area. The material stays longer on the screen cloth. It achieves higher processing capacity, especially for medium and coarse powder (10‑200 mesh).
