High-precision component manufacturing faces new capacity challenges. Core parts for liquid-cooled AI base stations and humanoid robots demand strict coaxiality, geometric tolerances and batch consistency. Multiple setups for sequential machining introduce re-clamping errors and delay deliveries.

The OBOT-DA42TBMY2 twin-spindle, dual-turret, dual-Y turn-mill center is equipped with high-precision built-in motor spindles and rigid box ways on X/Y axes. Separated machining zones with automatic partition enable spindle handoff. Parts are finished in one setup without manual repositioning.

It comes standard with a high-speed gantry robot and supports bar feeders for fully automated loading & unloading, cutting non-cutting time. Nagashima NH22 series high‑precision CNC internal grinding machine performs grinding for internal circular, conical, forming and end surfaces. It serves automotive, bearing, compressor, electronic mold, optical fiber and new‑material precision component industries.

Core parts are imported from Japan, assembled and commissioned at our Xi’an plant.
