This stair tread is not a standard steel grating product.

Edge banding and cutouts will affect both manufacturing and installation. The photos illustrate the edge details and cutout locations, but final dimensions and positioning must be confirmed based on the drawings.

Before requesting a quote, please provide the panel dimensions, load-bearing bar orientation, edge treatment specifications, cutout locations, quantities, and destination details.

A guardrail connection cannot be reviewed from the beam alone.

The posts, spacer blocks, bolt arrangement and hole pattern must all match the installation layout.

Same thickness does not mean the same FRP grating specification.

Two panels can look similar but have different mesh openings, rib structures and panel heights. The support span also needs to be reviewed for the actual installation.

Before quoting, we check the panel height, mesh opening, support span, application and required surface.

A chain-link fence is more than the mesh.

The posts, connections, fence height and total length need to work together. Missing one detail can cause trouble during installation.

A W-beam guardrail quote starts with the road layout, not the beam photo.

When we review a request, we match the beam with the post type and spacing, spacer or block, bolt arrangement, curves and terminal sections. Otherwise, the beam may be clear while the parts list is still incomplete.

Panel size alone is not enough for an FRP grating quotation.

The same panel dimensions can sit over different support openings. We still need the clear span or trench opening, thickness, mesh size, surface and traffic condition before reviewing the specification.

These photos show panel and application examples, not a load rating for a new project.

Send the layout drawing or a marked photo of the supports, together with the size list, quantity and destination.

Same opening, different wire diameter.
That is why a photo is not enough for a wire mesh quotation. The opening may look clear, but the wire diameter, roll or panel size, material and edge still need to be checked.
Send the drawing, size list or a close-up measurement with the quantity and destination. We can review the missing details before working on the price.

Before I quote steel grating, I usually ask for the drawing or size list first.

Some buyers want a quick price. I understand that.

But if the bar size, spacing, panel size, cutouts, surface treatment, packing, or delivery details are not clear, the price may be fast, but the order can go wrong later.

For me, quotation is not just filling in a number.

I need to check:
Can this size be produced?
Is the spacing clear?
Do the cutouts need manual work?
Is the surface treatment suitable?
How should it be packed for shipping?

Clear details first. Price second.

We mainly work with steel grating, wire mesh, FRP grating, guardrails, and some custom metal fabrication parts.

For these products, a quotation is not only a number.

A few small details can change the whole order:

Wrong size.
Bar spacing not confirmed.
Drawing details missed.
Surface treatment different from what the project needs.
Packing not strong enough for export shipping.
Delivery time confirmed too fast.

So before I quote, I usually check the drawing, size list, material, surface treatment, quantity, packing method, and destination first.

If something is unclear, I prefer to ask again.

It is slower at the beginning, but it saves trouble later.
