This is the anti-collision panel extrusion production line. We use brand-new raw materials and a co-extrusion process. There are two extruders: one for producing the anti-collision layer and the other for the core layer. The panels are fused at high temperature and injected into a mold, then cooled and extruded at a constant temperature. Excess material is automatically trimmed according to size, and finally, a robotic arm neatly places the wall panels onto wooden pallets. This is the semi-finished wall panel inventory. One machine can produce 2000 square meters of wall panels per day. Bunnywalls has 17 production lines to meet mass production needs.
