The high-speed rewinding line is equipped with a uncoiler, straightener, entry shear, dividing shear, electrostatic oiler, recoiler and etc., which processes cold-rolled coils into steel coils that meet the downstream needs.
The max line speed is 300m/min, the production output is annual 350,000t.

In strip processing lines, the EPC system is normally used for automatic control of coiling with straight edge. As a basic control mode of the production line, it is regarded as a key indicator to evaluate the control level, and is applicable for strips of various thicknesses.
Stagger coiling control is another control mode of the EPC system, primarily used for controlling the strip with thickness ≤2.0 mm, especially the precision strips ≤1.0 mm.
Stagger coiling is an important function in actual production, and the conventional straight-edge coiling function of EPC system, they are applicable for strips of different thicknesses and with different process requirements to ensure coil quality and operation stability of production line.

The CPC system is used to detect the strip edge position dynamically to keep the strip always run along the centerline of the production line. Its used types are: scanning sensor type and inductive sensor type.
The type of CPC system should be selected not only according to the process requirement, but also practical production experience. For pickling lines, the CPC before the trimmer must use inductive sensor. This is a valuable experience we have obtained from actual production practice.

The cross-cut shear is the main steel and other strip processing equipment adopted in pickling, rolling, galvanizing, skinpass-leveling, recoiling and shearing lines. It is used for shearing the off-gauge part of strip head and tail, or implementing cut-to-length operation according to the process requirement, thus it is also called as crop shear or dividing shear. During strip processing, it cuts off the strip head for improving the head shape, reducing the threading resistance and the off-track risk, and minimizing the cobble problems; or cuts off the deformed or cracked part of the strip tail; or it is used as dividing to make cut-to-length shearing as required by the customer.

In 2022, L-kewei company built the high-speed rewinding line of Pakistan H company, which completes the dividing coil, releasing tension and side trimming functions.
The max line speed is 300m/min, threading strip speed is 30m/min. Each coil weighs 26t, the production output is annual 350,000t.
