A 3-meter milling and drilling machine that can be called a "miracle tool" for machining large, long shaft parts like train axles.

It is specifically designed for machining large, long shaft parts like train axles, requiring double-end milling and center hole drilling. The machine bed is made of high-strength cast iron in one piece, undergoing multiple aging treatments to effectively eliminate internal stress. The double-end machining system is equipped with high-precision milling and drilling power heads. This provides a precise positioning reference for subsequent turning, grinding, and other machining processes.

During simultaneous machining at both ends, advanced electronic synchronization technology ensures coordinated machining actions at both ends, effectively avoiding errors caused by asynchronous processing.
