The plates and square tubes have been cut with the required holes and slots. They are now arranged in batches and ready for the next production step.

A railing post may look simple, but every bracket and base plate has to be positioned and welded as part of the full assembly.

Today’s factory work shows stainless steel railing post components being fitted and TIG welded, followed by rows of parts prepared for batch production. Consistent hole positions, bracket placement, and welded connections help the completed posts match project requirements before finishing and inspection.
