Double Station Cnc-Trimming Machine

In vacuum bottle production, the top and bottom ends may require further machining after the previous forming processes.

The Double Station Cnc-Trimming Machine is designed for one-time turning of the cup mouth and bottom flat surfaces.

With four-axis linkage, the machine can process both ends of the product in one operation. Its double-station worktable can run with alternating dual stations or operate as a single station depending on production requirements.

The spindle is controlled by a frequency converter with adjustable speed and fast braking. A PLC touch-screen interface and rotary switches are used for machine operation and control.
