During the peak season, at least 10 40ft containers are needed every day, so a lot of manual handling is required. After installing the elevator:
The products are directly transported from the warehouse on the 4th floor to the container. The telescopic roller conveyor is used to go deep into the container. From the original 20 people to carry, now only 2 people can palletize. The telescopic roller conveyor can meet any splicing, moving, turning and other needs, and is simple to operate and easy to use.
Value created:
The capacity is 1500 units/hour/unit per unit, 12,000 products per day, which fully meets the production needs of the peak season.
