RIM low pressure perfusion
Low pressure Injection Moulding (RIM) is also known as Reaction Injection Moulding (RIM). It is a new process applied to the production of rapid mold products, which will mix the two-component polyurethane material, injected into the rapid mold at room temperature and low pressure environment, through the material polymerization, crosslinking, curing and other chemical and physical processes to form products. It has the advantages of high efficiency, short production cycle, simple process and low cost. When to Use Vacuum Casting?
Product developers turn to vacuum casting when they need only a small volume, between 10 to 20 pieces, of production quality plastic parts while avoiding the long lead time and financial commitment of making plastic injection mold tools.
These parts are used for prototypes and display models, for crowdfunding and trade show campaigns, to test a new design for fit and function, and as a bridge to larger production volumes. Vacuum casting can also be used for end-use parts in some applications, since the pourable casting resin effectively mimics the performance of ABS, Nylon, PP, acrylic and soft TPE rubber.

Commonly used CNC machining materials
ABS [acrylonitrile butadiene styrene]

Product features: its impact resistance, heat resistance, low temperature resistance, chemical resistance and excellent electrical properties, but also has the characteristics of easy processing, product size stability, good surface luster, easy painting, coloring, but also can be used for surface metal-spraying, electroplating, welding, hot pressing and bonding secondary processing
Scope of application: Widely used in machinery, automobiles, electronic appliances, instrumentation, textiles and construction and other industrial fields

POM [polyoxymethylene]

Product features: high strength, stiffness, good elasticity
Scope of application: It can replace most non-ferrous metals, automobiles, machine tools, instrument internals, bearings, fasteners, gears, spring pieces, pipes, transport belt accessories, electric water POTS, pump shells, drainers, faucets, etc.

PA [polyamide][Nylon]

Product features:Heat resistance, wear resistance, chemical resistance and self-lubrication, and low friction coefficient, a certain flame retardant, easy to process
Scope of application: Automobile manufacturing, electrical and electronic industry, medical equipment and instruments

AL[aluminum alloys]

Product features:Aluminum alloy density is low, but the strength is relatively high, close to or more than high-quality steel, good plasticity, can be processed into various profiles, with excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance, widely used in industry, the use of second only to steel.
Scope of application:Aluminum alloy is the most widely used non-ferrous structural materials in the industry, and has been widely used in aviation, aerospace, automotive, machinery manufacturing, shipbuilding and chemical industries
