Wood treads, a light under each, glass panels, and a wood handrail. The upper flight is still on shop stands, with cross braces under it. The lower flight is on the floor, a plate on each side, open gaps between the treads, glass above the plates.

Tape is still on the upper panels.

A straight flight with closed risers, standing on the factory floor.

White veined treads, a steel plate along the left, a bright metal rail and ribbed glass on the right. The rail bends at the bottom. Red lead is still on the treads. There is no light under them.

This run stays straight. The curves nearby are other work.

One straight flight, dry-fit on the shop floor.

Open wood treads, a lit strip on the front, glass and a wood rail on one side only. Square steel on each side. The treads span the two. Cables are still lying out.

This is not a center spine. The glass stays on one side.

A curved flight with the light already on.

White stone open treads, a warm strip under each nose, clear glass, and a round rail that follows the curve. A deep steel plate runs on the outside. The inner edge is steel too. It is not a second deep skirt.

Shop stands are still under it. Wood blocks are still on the glass. The wires are loose.

A square-tube stair on the factory floor.

Open wood treads, light on under the nosing, a wood handrail, and metal bars. The near flight is straight, then it turns. Shop braces are still standing, and wires run out along the beam.

The upper run is bent tube. A second curved flight sits beside it. This is not one finished hall.

A broad steel side plate, with glass on the open side. The lower run has gray solid treads and a warm light. The upper flight is still wood slats. The cross-braces are still in place.

This is a trial assembly, not a finished stair.

A longer walk around a curved side-plate stair.

An inner plate, glass on the outside, a metal rail on the glass, and a light under each nosing. The treads are veined and open. A yellow light sits on the plate. The upper flight is still open, and the wires are still taped on. Temporary stands, wood blocks, shop floor.

The light under these treads is what this clip is for.

It starts amber. A thumb moves on the remote, the light shifts toward white, then comes part of the way back. It does not run through red, green, and blue.

Curved open wood treads, glass on one side, the center support still in view, loose wires on the platform. Still a shop dry-fit.

A curved open-riser stair on the shop floor, with cable instead of glass, and no light in the gaps.

Thick wood treads, a rounded wood first step, stainless cable between the posts, and a round steel handrail. A ladder stands by the run.

Dark steel shows in the open risers. This clip does not turn a light on under the treads.
