For motorcycle CNC parts, batch consistency is not only about dimensions.

Color variation, inconsistent finishes, scratches, and other appearance issues can affect the final product — especially for visible aftermarket parts.

At REKO, we keep the approved sample as a reference and use it to check color, finish, and cosmetic requirements during batch production.

If we find obvious color differences, scratches, or surface issues, the affected parts are separated before packing and shipment.
