CNC machining is known for its high precision capabilities. The tolerance that can be achieved during CNC machining primarily depends on factors such as the type of machine, the material being machined, the tooling used, and the complexity of the design. However, in general, CNC machining can reach tolerances within the range of 0.025mm to 0.05mm (0.001" to 0.002"). Some advanced machines and processes may even be capable of achieving tighter tolerances of 0.0125mm (0.0005") or less.
