Making battery slurry? The bubbles are the enemy. Your mixing blades might be too.
Battery slurry is thick, expensive, and unforgiving. Mix it badly and you get poor dispersion, trapped air, and batches that don't behave the same way twice.
Here's what we do differently at SMIDA:
- No blades. Your slurry only touches the cup — nothing to wear, nothing to contaminate, nothing to clean between batches
- Mixing and defoaming in one step, up to 2500 rpm
- Vacuum models for slurry that must be bubble-free
- From 150ml lab trials to 4,000ml production cups
Used for cathode and anode slurry, carbon nanotube dispersion and other high-viscosity materials.
Got a slurry that's giving you consistency headaches? Tell us about it below — we run free sample tests in our lab.
