1. Formal Serious Statement
Formal Serious Statement: I have encountered a Korean fraudster named Park Hyunwoo. This person fabricated and tampered with our chat records to slander and defame me publicly online, attempting to damage my business reputation with fake evidence. I have collected complete, authentic original chat records and clear comparative proof to expose his forgery. I reserve all legal rights and will take all necessary legal and platform complaint measures against his fraudulent and slanderous acts.
2. Evidence of forged chat screenshots
In the attached pictures: the black‑theme screenshot is his forged fake chat record; the white‑bright interface screenshot is our real original chat record.
The forged dark‑background chat screenshots have obvious time‑tampering evidence, which fully proves they are fabricated. The dental chair photo I sent to him was at 13:42 in our genuine chat log, but he altered the timestamp to PM 2:13 on his fake screenshot. The sentence "I'm in a class right now" that I sent at 13:41 was also changed to PM 2:12 by him. There is no time difference between China and the Philippines. Such a time discrepancy cannot happen naturally and proves manual modification.
3. Fake Philippine bank account & fake deposit slip
Worse still, he inserted a Philippine personal BPI bank account message that I never sent at all. This logic is absurd and full of loopholes. Under Chinese regulations, foreign‑trade business cannot receive commercial goods payments via personal overseas accounts. Doing so will trigger joint inspections by customs and tax authorities. For my foreign‑trade business, I only accept corporate‑account payments. I never provide personal bank accounts to customers. I do not hold any Philippine bank accounts. That Philippine account entirely belongs to the scammer himself, and he even forged deposit slips to falsely claim he had made payment to me. All my complete, unmodified original chat records can verify this fact.
