From raw glass to high-performance insulating glass units – here’s how we make it happen! 🏭✨

1️⃣ Cutting & Edging
We start with high-quality float glass, precisely cut to size and smoothly edged for strength and safety.

2️⃣ Washing & Drying
Cleanliness is key! Each piece goes through a thorough washing process to ensure a flawless surface for sealing.

3️⃣ Spacer Application
A precision-bent aluminum (or warm-edge) spacer is applied, filled with desiccant to absorb moisture and prevent fogging.

4️⃣ Sealing & Assembly
The glass panes are carefully assembled with the spacer, creating a sealed air cavity. We then apply a primary seal (butyl) and a secondary seal (silicone or polysulfide) for durability and insulation.

5️⃣ Gas Filling
For enhanced energy efficiency, we fill the cavity with argon or krypton gas – boosting thermal performance.

6️⃣ Quality Check
Every unit is inspected to meet strict quality standards before it’s ready for delivery.
