Our factory has completed the production, hot-dip galvanizing, inspection, and export packing of a 30m self-support lattice communication tower for a client in Djibouti. The tower is fabricated from Q355B steel, hot-dip galvanized to ASTM A123, and packed with non-woven fabric and steel strapping to ensure safe delivery by sea.

This project further demonstrates our capability to manufacture and export custom lattice communication towers for African and coastal markets.

This week, our Moroccan client visited the site to inspect the hot-dip galvanized integrated communication shelter. They conducted a detailed examination of the surface finish, weld seams, hydraulic system, lifting mechanism, and other components; all passed inspection.

Additionally, due to changing requirements, the client requested some further modifications, such as adjustments to the cable routing and extensions for the mounting poles.

The client also toured a large-scale mobile telecom base station, showing great interest in the product and gathering information for future procurement.

Three small Cellular on Wheels units, equipped with generators and generator rooms, have been loaded and are ready to be shipped to Iraq.

These Cellular on Wheels can extend up to 10 meters in height, and with the generator, they weigh approximately 3.2 tons. The generator has a 400-liter fuel tank, providing up to 12 hours of operation. Deployment can be completed in under 3 minutes. Auxiliary wheels have been added to facilitate container loading and unloading.
