Careful Loading for Safer Transportation

Before excavator spare parts leave our facility, careful loading is an important part of the process.

This container can be opened from both sides, allowing our technician to load the parts from both directions and arrange the cargo more evenly.

By paying attention to weight distribution and the placement of the parts, we aim to keep the cargo stable throughout transportation.

Ready for the railway job. 🚆

Our XE135GA has been fitted with tracks prepared for railway construction.

The machine is now ready for pickup and will soon be delivered to the customer for its next project.

For railway construction, the machine needs to be properly configured for the working conditions — from track setup to final delivery.

Preparing an XCMG XE135GA for its next railway construction job.

Today, our 13.5-ton XE135GA is being prepared for delivery to a customer who will use it mainly for railway construction.

Railway construction brings different working conditions compared with conventional earthmoving.

The customer has specific requirements for the machine’s track and undercarriage configuration, including operation along the railway and on ballasted stone surfaces.

So before delivery, our service technicians are making the necessary adjustments to the machine.

The first step this morning?

“Taking off its shoes.” 👞

The original track configuration is being removed so the required setup can be installed and adjusted according to the customer’s application.

For us, machine delivery is more than simply loading an excavator onto a truck.

The application comes first.

Jobsite conditions → Machine configuration → Technical preparation → Delivery

A machine should leave our yard ready for the work it was purchased to do.

Ready for Africa. 🌍

Before this excavator leaves China, every detail matters.

This machine is being shipped to Africa with a hydraulic breaker. Our after-sales technician assembled the breaker on site and checked the connection before loading.

The breaker was then loaded onto the trailer together with the excavator, and everything was securely fastened with straps for transportation.

For us, shipping is not simply about putting a machine on a truck.

It’s about making sure the machine, attachments and accessories arrive complete, secure and ready for the customer.

From our yard to the customer’s jobsite — we take care of the details. 💪

Today, this XE60G Pro was loaded onto a truck at our yard in China.

Next stop: Qingdao Port.
The truck is heading there to catch the 3:30 PM sailing.

and finally to its new project in Africa.

Another shipment of excavator parts is ready to go.

Two 1-cubic-meter boxes, carefully checked and packed, are ready to be shipped to Southeast Asia.

What impressed me most is that excavator parts are shipped almost every day.

With more than 14,000 types of parts, preparing an order is far from simple. Our parts team needs to check each order, identify the right parts, pick them, prepare the stock and check everything carefully before shipment.

Engines and related parts?
We have Weichai, Cummins, Kubota and more.
Oils and filters? Available.
Most of the parts used on excavators? We can supply them.

Our main business is wholesale supply, while we also serve retail customers in China.

Standing here and watching another shipment leave today, I realize again:
