💡 What does it really take to grow from a junior to an outstanding process engineer?

Recently, our Design Manager Yan Liu delivered an inspiring talk on "How to Become an Excellent Process Engineer."

She sincerely reflected on her career journey. Her success did not come overnight—after exploring multiple roles in the chemical industry, she resolutely chose to specialize in process engineering. Over three years, six densely filled notebooks and countless project experiences witnessed her leap from an explorer to an outstanding professional. This relentless pursuit of excellence continues to shine with her at LUVA. ✨

She attributed her growth to five key principles:
1️⃣ Deepen fundamental knowledge — master your own field while expanding cross-disciplinary understanding.
2️⃣ Learning and Thinking — let the two reinforce each other for continuous progress.
3️⃣ Summarize and review — distill lessons learned and keep pushing beyond limits.
4️⃣ Ownership — treat company matters as your own and take initiative.
5️⃣ Perseverance — only with resilience can we overcome obstacles and reach the summit.
Though simple in words, these five principles are difficult to practice. Behind them lie her daily discipline and genuine passion.
