Traditional craftsmanship: When manufacturing rubber soles using traditional methods, the rubber raw material is first pressed into sheet form. Then, the sheets are cut into specific shapes. Next, a sock-like cover is placed over the shoe last, and the cut rubber sheets are adhered to the surface of the last one by one through pressing to achieve an initial shape. Finally, the formed shoes are placed in a high-temperature container for vulcanization treatment.
Innovative Process: When the new manufacturing process is adopted, the rubber raw materials are softened by heating through a screw and then precisely measured and injected into the mold. The heating vulcanization is directly carried out in the mold to achieve one-time molding. This process has significant advantages: the labor input is greatly reduced, the products have 100% waterproof performance, and the defect rate is significantly lowered. Its main limitation lies in the relatively limited color options (it can realize the use of different colors for the sole and upper).
