Why Our PVC Plastic Formwork Doesn't Deform? Most people think color, density, or temperature causes formwork to warp. That's what some suppliers want you to believe — because it hides the real problem.

The truth: deformation comes from the raw material. Recycled blends break down under UV. Cheap calcium fillers make panels heavy and brittle. Batch-to-batch recycled sourcing means density can't be controlled accurately.

The raw material decides the performance. More fillers = more brittle. Uncontrolled sourcing = uncontrolled density. Neither is a solution.

● WPC/PVC foam board = foaming agent + 60%–80% calcium filler + wood flour → lightweight, soft, brittle — only good for furniture and signage.

● JINGFANG® UPVC plastic formwork = 95% UPVC + ≤4% functional calcium filler + modifier → high rigidity and high toughness, engineered specifically for concrete pouring.
