Alston team will provide custom-designed conical fermentation tanks based on the specific needs of a brewery or winery. It is made of food-grade 304 or 316 stainless steel, which is durable, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean. The conical fermentation tank contains a cooling jacket, sampling valve, and pressure relief system to meet different brewing needs.

2.Wort sink station:
Wort station install on platform for sample of wort from lauter and kettle tank to measure the brix, including a water sink, sight glass, and simple wort cooling tube on here.
3.Automatic Cooling of Wort at wort cooler:
An automatic regulating valve is added to the heat exchanger position. Based on the system set temperature, the water flow rate can be adjusted, thereby automatically regulating the wort temperature.
