How does KOYO Elevator address client concerns in South Africa?

The Sallam buding project, located in Johannesburg, the capital of South Africa, is a shopping mall and office building project. As a project pitched by several companies, KOYO recommended the KW2300 products which offer a wide range of shafts and cost-effectiveness. During the pitch, the client also learned more about the quality of our products and the quality of our services of other projects in South Africa. As a result, KOYO Elevator won the client.

Johannesburg, or Joburg for short, is the capital of Gauteng Province in the Republic of South Africa, the famous "Golden City," covering an area of about 269 square kilometers. It is the largest city and the economic center in South Africa and a world-renowned international metropolis.

The client had concerns as it was their first time to use our products. In face of their concerns, KOYO South Africa's technicians gave professional guidance on elevator installation, safety training, etc. Apart from this, KOYO's partner in South Africa maintains a large number of elevators with a lot of experience. KOYO's expertise addressed the client’s concerns. At present, KOYO has completed the project with good quality. The customer's first experience with KOYO elevators is also very good, both for KOYO products and for KOYO's after-sales service.

Since 2008, KOYO Elevator has been developing in South Africa. In the same year, KOYO Elevator SA was established. In the same year, KOYO Elevator won the South Africa World Cup elevator & escalator project and became the supplier for the 2010 South Africa Football World Cup. KOYO Elevator provided nearly 300 units of elevators & escalators during the period of the World Cup. KOYO won the Gauteng government project for different provincial buildings and hospitals as renovation projects prepared for FIFA World Cup 2010 South Africa.

In December 2015, as a sponsor and a partner of the South African government, under the leadership of Chairman Wang Mingfu, the company team participated in the Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation with President Xi Jinping. KOYO Elevator was also the only Chinese elevator brand enterprise in the summit.

From the South Africa FIFA World Cup to Milan World Expo, and from Germany Cologne Railway Station to Mexico City International Airport, KOYO products have been sold in 122 countries worldwide. Based in China, and serving the world, KOYO Elevator will continue to support a better life with innovative technology, rigorous quality, and efficient services.
