✈️✈️✈️Product Overview: This machine is used for coarse feather removal in poultry processing. After feather removal, the poultry skin remains undamaged, and the feather removal rate is high. This series of feather removal machines can be combined in various ways to meet different production requirements. It is available in a standard model (4 boxes * 10 trays) and an extended model (4 boxes * 16 trays), offering two options to meet different user needs.
✈️✈️✈️Structural Features: Utilizing a mechanical transmission system, the machine removes feathers through the relative friction between the poultry's limbs and rubber rods. It features an A-frame support, and the feather removal boxes can be opened and closed for easy maintenance. The box adjustment mechanism consists of three main parts: height adjustment, width adjustment, and angle adjustment, allowing the box to be adjusted to the optimal feather removal state.
