🔥 Removing a large rotor shaft doesn't have to be difficult.

In this maintenance project, our medium-frequency air-cooled induction heating system was used together with a flexible induction coil wrapped around the wound rotor.

After controlled heating to approximately 250–300°C, the shaft was removed smoothly and efficiently without open flames or excessive force.
