Large panel dimensions can create a floor-to-ceiling appearance with fewer joints. Installation over existing tile, drywall or cement board may be possible when the substrate is sound, flat, dry and stable.

Important wet-area note: the SPC core has 0% water absorption, but showers and wet rooms still require properly sealed joints, corners and penetrations. The panel alone is not a waterproofing membrane.

LVT Dryback (glue-down) vs. SPC Click (floating) perform completely differently under the rolling loads common in hotel corridors, healthcare facilities, and chain restaurants.
A floating click assembly can lift at plank edges under repeated lateral force from carts and equipment. A bonded Dryback assembly is permanently secured — no edges to lift.
At 2.5mm total thickness, Dryback also installs under door clearances that 5–6mm SPC Click cannot meet on renovation projects.
