Part1. Machine description:
This machine is called non woven bed sheet folding machine as well as disposable bed sheet folding machine and automatic bed sheet folding machine and non woven bed sheet making machine. In recent years, the non woven fabric folding machine for medical and household bed sheets, as well as industrial large sheets of non-woven has become incapable of meeting market demands for production capacity. Because of that, non woven bed sheet folding machine manufacturers are turning to more integrated and efficient bed sheet folding machines, such as those supplied by AOQI, where we offer patented and automatic large disposable bed sheet folders.
Now in the 2nd decade of experience, our non woven bed sheet folding machine can produce more than 50 meter products per minute, including various medical composite materials and spunbound non-woven materials. This non-woven machine has been drastically improved in terms of production capacity, reliability, operation economy and other aspects, making it suitable for commercial batch productions of non-woven bed sheets.

Part 3. Features：
1. The multi-functional folding machine for bed sheets uses a servo control system with a color touch screen, special shape folding devices, automatic conveying devices, and a high speed rocker arm stacking system, which all improves the production capacity.
2. The entire process on the non-woven folding machine, from the material feeding, crosswise folding and longitudinal folding to the final cutting are all automatically completed on the conveyor belt.
3. The bed sheet folding machine uses a continuous variable transmission to control the tension and a servo motor to control the product length. In addition, the machine is equipped with a forward and reverse web guiding and converting device.
4. Our industrial folding equipment comes with a synchronous wide belt conveyor and magnetic powder tension control system, a pneumatic feeding device and an air expanding shaft unwinding device.
5. This non-woven folding machine uses imported frequency converters, PLC controllers with a touch screen, laser length meters, servo motors and imported electrical components to implement combined control.

The dust bag machine (AQ-700) is an air filter bag machine which is designed to manufacture non-woven filter bags. This non woven bag machine is equipped with a full servo control system and a printing system, and comes with a photoelectric tracking device for the bag mouth binding, bonding and cutting, which enables a smooth, neat, and burr-free edge with a high bonding strength.

Part3. Features：
1. The vaccum cleaner bag machine is equipped with a continuous variable speed change device and adjustable automatic bag mouth binding device.
2. At the back side of the machine, there are 10 groups of raw materials feeding devices with mechanical tension control devices, manual web guiding devices, and a quick feeding wrench.
3. It is designed with an automatic balance material conveying system and a bag edge folding system which comes with a set of stainless steel edge forming molds and 2 press rollers for sufficiently shaping folded bag edges.
4. All transparent guiding rollers are made of a hard anodizing aluminum with a diameter of 75mm.
5. All molds are made from special materials and the embossing figures are engraved on the computer.
6. This bag production line will automatically stop when there are no materials.
7. Ultrasonic bonding molds, bag mouth bindings and edge sealing molds use a manual screw rod to adjust the widths and a fast hand lever for positioning.
