We put our 24V 50A DC converter to the test.

45 amp load — that's 90% of full load. Continuous running for over 2 hours. Coil temperature hit 130°C. And it never shut down. Still running steady.

What makes this test different? This is a semi-finished board. No thermal glue. No cooling fan. Just bare board running in open air.

Every component is fully visible — MOS tubes, capacitors, copper bars, circuit traces. You see exactly what goes into this unit.

1.This DC-DC converter ran at 98°C for 6 hours straight. No shutdown. No failure. Just stable 24V output. We put our Huajing Huilian 24V 35A converter to the test — and it passed with flying colors.
