Recently, a client using their own blow molding machine reported neck deformation and uneven bottom on a 20L drum, requesting mold modification.

I helped a client reduce raw material cost by 25%.

Four years ago, I designed two PET production lines for a European client — including machine selection, asdistant machines, 10 mold sets, and complete line planning.

By optimizing preform selection and bottle structure, we reduced a 4L bottle from 120g to 90g while maintaining stable production.

Today, both lines are still running well after 4 years, and we are now discussing a new project together.
