Inconsistent flow meter readings?

Often, the issue isn’t the meter itself—it’s how or where it’s installed. Instead of swapping parts, we dig deeper: checking settings, analyzing signals, and finding the real cause.

🔍 Example: A customer using our VFM60MV vortex flow meter for air flow reported unstable readings. Our engineer connected via Bluetooth and noticed constant vibration signals (purple line) even with no flow (see Pic 2). During operation, interference between the flow signal (blue) and vibration was clear.

After reviewing all parameters, we traced the problem to vibration from a nearby motor. Solution: relocate the meter. Stability restored!
