Union

Unions are commonly used in piping systems where it may be necessary to remove sections of the piping for maintenance or repair. They are often found in applications where the system is under high pressure or high temperature, such as in industrial processes, chemical plants, and refineries.
There are various types of unions available, including threaded unions, fl**ged unions, and welded unions, each with their own unique design and connection method. Threaded unions are the most common type and are used in low-pressure systems. Flanged unions are used in high-pressure systems and require bolts to hold the two halves of the union together. Welded unions are permanently connected by welding the two halves together, making them suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature applications.
In addition to their use in piping systems, unions are also used in other applications where quick and easy disconnection is required, such as in electrical connections and hydraulic systems.

Shut off valve

Plug Valve
The plug in a plug valve is typically made of metal, such as stainless steel or bronze, and it is designed to fit snugly into the valve body to provide a tight seal. When the plug is rotated to the open position, the fluid or gas flows through the annular space around the plug. When the plug is rotated to the closed position, the plug blocks the flow path and creates a tight seal.
Plug valves are commonly used in industrial applications, such as in the oil and gas industry, chemical processing plants, and water treatment plants. They are particularly useful in applications where a high flow rate is required, as the plug design allows for a larger flow area compared to other valve types.
One of the advantages of a plug valve is that it provides a tight seal and minimal resistance to flow when fully open, which allows for high flow rates. Additionally, plug valves are relatively simple in design, which makes them easy to maintain and repair. However, they may not be suitable for applications that require precise flow control or where the valve needs to be frequently opened and closed, as the rotating plug can be difficult to move.
The inlet and outlet of plug valve are Fig1502 union connections (other connections on request), cylinder fits between body and seal segment, and seal rings are inlaid into outside of seal segment for good sealing.
Between seal segment and plug is cylindrical metal sealing, has the feature of high matching precision and reliable sealing.

Mud Valve
Mud valve has the features of reliability, safety, heavy load and corrosion resistance, which is used for a number of oilfield applications.
There are two models of sealing mechanism adopted, which are metal to metal seal and rubber seal.
Features of metal-to-metal seal mud valve
Spray coating the seal face of gate and seat with hard alloy, which has long service life.
Easy to check the status of valve due to rising stem structure.
Change stem packing without removal of bonnet
On-site maintenance design allows checking the situation of internal parts by opening bonnet and changing valve parts without removing it from pipeline.
Features of rubber seal mud valve
All parts are interchangeable with DEMCO gate valve manufactured by Cameron.
On site repair ability: The bonnet is easily removed for internal parts inspection and/or replacement without removing the valve from the line; this simple design permits fast and easy service without the need of special tools
Design of floating gate: A slab gate with T slot stem connection allows the gate to float to the seat providing a tighter pressure seal.

Rubber Expansion Joint Double Sphere
Higher temperatures affect movement and pressure. As temperature increases, rated values must be reduced accordingly.
Pressures shown are recommended "operating", test pressure is 1.5 times “operating”.
Joints may operate in pipelines or equipment carrying fluids at evaluated temperatures and pressures. Normal precautions shall be taken to make sure these parts are installed correctly and inspected regularly. Precautions shall be taken to protect personnel in the event of leakage or splash.
