Laser-Flame Composite Cutting - Precision, efficiency & cost-effectiveness choice for plates ≤200mm

Advantages:
1. Can directly pierce and cut steel plates up to 200 mm thick.

2. The piercing speed is dozens of times faster than that of pure flame cutting (see the figure below for a comparison of piercing times).

3. Saves over 30% of gas consumption due to the drastically reduced piercing time.

4. Features automatic gas proportioning and flame adjustment functions, ensuring highly precise gas pressure control.

5. Equipped with a slag blow-off feature after piercing, which minimizes the workload and difficulty of subsequent deslagging operations.
