U.LUBE Bearing Grease: solving the loss problem of grease in roller presses, reducing costs and increasing efficiency for enterprises.
In modern industrial production, roller press as the core equipment of cement plant, its performance stability directly affects the efficiency and quality of the whole production process. Effectiveness of Roller Press Bearing Lubrication Upgrade

1. daily monitoring and regular service infrared thermal images show that the bearing temperature and working pressure are maintained within the normal range without any high temperature alarms or abnormal conditions of equipment tripping;

Summary
By recording and analyzing the operating data of the roller press bearings, the U.LUBE team found that under the same lubrication conditions, U.LUBE ET RP 1500 High Load Bearing Grease was able to provide good lubrication for the roller presses in the cement plant.
