Tuodiao Dual CNC Nesting Machine with Robot Unloading, Sorting & Stacking Workstation
Tuodiao one-drive-two intelligent nesting workstation is equipped with an automatic robot system connected to two CNC nesting machines. It realizes integrated operations of automatic unloading, intelligent sorting and classified stacking after panel cutting.
The central control system coordinates machining tasks of the two nesting machines. The robot adopts flexible vacuum gripping to accurately identify panel labels and dimensions, sorts panels by orders and stacks them in groups. It handles mixed large & small panels without scratching the board surface.
The whole line eliminates manual carrying and sorting, lowering risks of panel collision and damage. It can seamlessly connect with MES / ERP systems for order data intercommunication, suitable for mass & flexible production of custom panel furniture. Only one operator is required to monitor the whole workstation, which greatly cuts labor cost and improves capacity & production stability of the nesting section.

Let's take a look at one of the advantages of our product.
Six-Sided Drilling Machine is equipped with the **exclusive patented three-stage intelligent lifting gripper**. It automatically switches among three height levels, solving three major industry pain points: unstable machining of small panels, panel scratching and labor-intensive loading.

1. **Loading Position (Gripper lower than worktable surface)**
The gripper descends below the tabletop. Panels can be pushed in directly for easy loading and less manual pushing force.
2. **Transfer Position (Gripper higher than worktable surface)**
The gripper lifts up and transports panels in suspension. The panel bottom does not rub against the table, **preventing surface scratches and paint wear**, ideal for high-gloss panels, PET doors and other high-end boards.
3. **Machining Position (Gripper flush with worktable surface)**
During drilling, the gripper drops to the same level as the worktable. Panels fully fit the table without floating or shaking. It guarantees stable drilling precision for small & narrow workpieces, minimum workpiece size down to 35×70mm.

Compared with conventional fixed grippers, the three-stage lifting gripper combines easy loading, panel protection and high drilling accuracy. It greatly reduces panel rejection rate and supports mass production of all types of panels for custom furniture.
