It is an indoor processing plant.The jaw crusher, jig machine and washing machine are on the floor above.The dewatering screen is located below.
The raw ore is in the hopper and be conveyed to the crusher above.
After crushing, bigger phosphate ore is sent to hopper crushing again, and the fine particle is fed evenly into the jig machine with a spiral conveyor.
These are two sawtooth wave jig machines, which are highly suitable for the beneficiation of fine phosphate particles.
After jig machine, the phosphate tailings enter the spiral sand washer and are then dewatered for stockpiling.
There is a concentrate dewatering screen here; after dewatering, the concentrate is transported to outdoor stockpiling via a conveyor belt.

Manganese Washer to remove tough mud clay from ore.
In a mineral processing sense, washing commonly refers to the removal of loosely attached particles — often fine clays — from the surface of more competent ore
Log washer uses powerful propeller blades attached to a sturdy driveshaft to continuously chop and mix the ore and mud, breaking down the thick, sticky mud completely. As the mud breaks apart, soluble impurities from the ore dissolve in water and are carried away.

A color sorter is a machine that sorts materials based on color or shape using photoelectric detection and image processing. It’s widely used in grain and ore screening due to its high efficiency in removing impurities. However, the processing capacity of standard ore color sorters is 5-20t/h, and a large-capacity color sorter is expensive. Therefore, for small to medium-sized mining plants, color sorters are mostly applied to the purification of concentrates and tailings.

For example, in this separation, although the jig machine has removed a large amount of gangue and improved the quality, it still does not meet the owner's requirement of 97%. Therefore, after jigging, dewatering, and drying, further purification through a color sorter is needed to achieve 97% fluorite quality.
