We offer multiple finishing options, including matte, glossy, transparent, and real wood veneer topsheets. Combined with high-resolution printing and UV coating, every design can achieve both visual impact and long-term durability.

2.Fiberglass Options for Different Riding Styles
Different constructions create different riding experiences.
Instead of limiting production to standard uniaxial fiberglass, MANLIN SPORTS offers biaxial and triaxial fiberglass constructions with epoxy resin lamination. These layups improve torsional strength, edge control, and overall stability while allowing the board flex to be adjusted for freestyle, all-mountain, freeride, or carving models.
3.Custom Core Construction
The core determines much of a snowboard's character.
Depending on your product requirements, we can manufacture boards with hybrid wood cores, zoned core designs, lightweight honeycomb structures, or other customized combinations. RFID chips can also be embedded when required for product management or rental applications.
Every core is developed according to the target flex, weight, and performance of the finished snowboard.
4.Reinforcement That Matches Your Product Positioning
Not every snowboard needs the same reinforcement.
Our production line supports various reinforcement materials, including carbon fiber stringers, V-shape and X-shape carbon layouts, 3D carbon frames, Kevlar, and Titanal layers.
These options allow brands to balance weight, response, vibration absorption, and durability according to the intended use of each model.
5.Multiple Base Materials Available
Base material has a direct influence on speed and durability.
We manufacture snowboards with extruded bases, sintered bases, UHMW-PE sintered bases, and graphite bases, giving customers the flexibility to choose the right solution for recreational, rental, or high-performance products.

To improve ride comfort, selected models can be equipped with UX TPU film rubber strips.
This additional layer helps absorb vibration during high-speed riding and provides a smoother feel on uneven snow conditions.

We provide several sidewall solutions, including ABS, UHMW-PE, PU injected, and composite sidewalls.
