Honggang is with rich experience in heating and sealing die cutting for the 3M thinsulate insulation material.
Over the past 20 years, we work together with the clients to develop this special heat-sealed diecut machine model, from the manual type for sheets, to cold sealed, to heat sealed.
Finally, we got this standard model:
Max pressure: 200 tons.
Working area: 1600x1000mm working area,
Heater: top and bottom heater.
In-feeding: with belt and clip auto feeding.
Out feeding: A declinced conveyor to move the cutting pieces out for pickup.
Unwinder & Rewinder: Yes, it is standard when the 3M thinsulate industry comes to standard material output as rolls for production.
Die fixed tool: Die fixed tool of With Pneumatic fast and automatic, Max mould baseboard width 1500mm.
Cutting limit device: Yes, With 4 mechanical stoppers (by servo)
