🔥 Pre-Exhibition Highlight | Leading the Way in Zero-Carbon Combustion Technology

HLTDLT Technology, together with Xianhu Lab and Oceano Ceramics, has achieved a world-first by producing the first zero-carbon ceramic tile in 2022. In 2024, the world’s first mass production line using ammonia-hydrogen zero-carbon combustion technology was officially launched at Mona Lisa’s Foshan base—marking a groundbreaking step in green ceramic manufacturing.
With a 150-meter-long kiln fueled entirely by ammonia, CO₂ emissions are reduced to zero. This pioneering achievement paves the way for large-scale, replicable zero-carbon solutions in ceramics and high-temperature industries.
🌱 If applied to all 160 ceramic tile lines in Foshan, this tech could cut 665,000 tons of CO₂ annually—and up to 200 million tons across broader industrial sectors in Guangdong!

This marks four major breakthroughs in just 3 years, signaling a new era of sustainable development in the ceramics industry.
