I went through last year's repair log and honestly it caught me off guard ๐
The parts were never the expensive line. Labor was.
One trip back to site, two guys, half a day. Fuel on top. If the job needs a whole section lifted, you are booking a carpenter. ๐งฎ
Regular WPC decking is screwed down. Swapping a board means taking the structure apart. Pry it up, the screw holes are shot, the two boards beside it take damage too.
ZipDeck holds on clips. No nails, no drill. Slide a small pry bar under the edge, lift, click, out it comes. ๐ง
New board lines up with the channel, press, click again. The site caretaker gets it after one demo.
Two clients asked this month if we could just ship a few spare boards over ๐
Usually we say yes. Try it yourselves.
