Useful tips for common problems of injection molding machine

Poor mold adjustment
Step 1. Pls check if the mold adjustment motor is working normally?

Step 2. The probability of mold adjustment motor failure is small, generally due to the following reasons:
1. Parallelism of the platen
2. Did you move the gear before? If yes, pls check if the gap was adjusted properly
3. The mold thickness of the cable tie is similar. When changing the mold, the mold adjustment is not adjusted to the end of the tie bar. The end of the tie bar is dry and has no lubrication oil. So the mold adjustment is not smooth. Please add some grease on it. It’s suggested to adjust mod to the end when changing mold
