A lightweight block production line isn't simply a collection of machines placed inside a factory.
On August 27, a client from Côte d'Ivoire visited Guangzhou Hengde to understand the complete lightweight block production process, equipment configuration and factory layout.
During the meeting, our team used the project layout to explain the major stages of the production line and how the different equipment works together.
The required configuration can change significantly depending on:
Target production capacity
Level of automation
Product specifications
Available factory space
Labor availability
Power supply
Future expansion plans
Factory planning is also important.
The site needs to allow enough space for equipment installation, maintenance, material movement and potential future expansion.
After the meeting, the client visited the production workshop to see the actual equipment being manufactured and assembled.
This helped connect the project layout with the physical equipment and gave the client a clearer understanding of how each machine fits into the complete production process.
For overseas projects, we normally need to confirm several basic conditions before finalizing an equipment solution:
Raw materials + product specifications + target output + factory conditions + power supply
These details help determine the appropriate equipment configuration and reduce the possibility of major adjustments after the equipment arrives at the customer's site.
A production line should be designed around the project—not the other way around.
