Mulu wanted to build his own house in Addis Ababa.
He had asked several local suppliers before, the quotes felt a bit expensive to him.
A friend said: "Go to Foshan, China, find a factory directly, it will be much cheaper."
Mulu came to Foshan with his design drawings.
He saw our factory: production line, equipment, workers, showroom, material warehouse.
After looking, Mulu said:
"So this is what a factory looks like. The suppliers I asked locally, do they get their products from you?"
We said:
"Maybe, maybe from other factories. But their identity is trader or middleman, they need markup to make money."
Mulu asked:
"What about you?"
We said:
"We're a factory, we produce and sell ourselves, no middle links, so zero service fees."
Mulu pulled out his design drawings:
"This is my design, help me calculate how much I can save."
We reviewed the design, communicated details with the engineer:
"Based on your design, you can save about 30%."
Mulu said:
"So the money saved, I can upgrade materials?"
We said:
"Yes, or add quantity, or expand area, all possible."
Mulu signed the contract.
Delivery process:

Now Mulu's house is built. He said, if he had known earlier, he would have come to Foshan sooner.
