Finally met our Malaysian customer in person! 🎯

This customer is a true thinker — he raised many in-depth questions about our machines, and we answered them one by one.

His requirement: debone small fish (80–150g) to produce boneless fillets for packing.

✅ Key feedback from the meeting:

For Barramundi (Asian seabass): Scaling and gutting effect met expectations. The fish body appeared slightly too white — we will adjust the water pressure to fix that.

For deboning small fish: To ensure no middle bones remain on the fillet — we just need to slightly widen the cutting width. Simple adjustment, perfect result.

🎣 Customer came to our factory with a 5.09kg salmon (approx. 18cm in width) for a trial run.

The result? 👍 He was very impressed with the performance.

But we're not stopping there.
For imported, gutted salmon — which can be more prone to yield loss — we're already making targeted improvements to our salmon fillet machine.
