Recently, Sinoma Cement Mongolia organized a “Grassland Heart-to-Heart” outreach and visit. Staff went door-to-door to visit Mongolian employees, delivering rice, flour, vegetables, and other supplies. They inquired about the employees’ family livestock farming and water supply concerns, suggestions on development priorities, and inspected drinking water facilities on-site—all of which helped deepen the bond between Chinese and Mongolian staff. Recently, a community water well built by the Zambia Sinoma was officially handed over to the local community. The well, drilled to a depth of over 130 meters, can meet the daily water needs of more than 200 villagers. The company also plans to construct additional 5 wells this year, as part of its ongoing commitment to local social responsibility and to sharing development benefits with the communities it serves. 2026 年上半年，全国水泥产量 7.36 亿吨，同比下降 8.0%。6 月份，全国单月水泥产量 1.44 亿吨，同比下降 5.6%。
I. Cement Production
In the first half of 2026, China’s cement output totaled 736 million tons, down 8.0% YoY. In June alone, output stood at 144 million tons, down 5.6% YoY.
二、固定资产投资
2026 年上半年全国固投（不含农户）同比下降 5.7%，仅知识产权产品投资增长；四大区域投资均下滑，东北降幅最大。
II. Fixed-Asset Investment (FAI)
In H1 2026, China’s fixed-asset investment (excluding rural households) fell 5.7% YoY, with only investment in intellectual property products recording growth. Investment retreated across all four major regional areas, with Northeast China suffering the most severe contraction.
三、房地产开发投资完成情况
上半年地产投资同比下滑 18%，住宅投资同步走低；房屋施工、新开工、竣工面积全部大幅同比下降。
III. Real Estate Development Investment
Real estate development investment decreased 18% YoY in H1, alongside a downturn in residential investment. Floor space under construction, newly started, and completed acreages all witnessed substantial year-on-year decreases.（Source: Digital Cement, CCA）

Recently, the building materials division of Lafarge Nigeria completed its brand revitalization and officially launched the Huaxin Building Materials brand. Huaxin acquired an 83.81% equity stake in the company in 2025, establishing Nigeria as a development hub for West Africa. The Group’s President has outlined four key development directions, with the goal of making Huaxin as a leading building materials enterprise in the region. Hence, Huaxin is the largest Chinese cement producer in terms of overseas production capacity so far.(Source: Huaxin Cement )
