A conveyor dishwasher is a heavy-duty industrial dishwashing machine designed for places where a large number of dishes need to be cleaned quickly and continuously. It has a long, tunnel-type body and works non-stop, which makes it perfect for big restaurants, hotels, banquet halls, airline catering kitchens, hospitals, and institutional kitchens.

Unlike home or small undercounter dishwashers, this machine is built for high-volume operations, saving time, labor, and water while maintaining excellent hygiene standards.

How it works:
Dirty plates, trays, or racks are placed on a moving conveyor belt at the entrance. The conveyor slowly carries them through different cleaning sections inside the machine.

First, in the pre-wash section, strong water sprays remove leftover food.
Then, in the main wash section, hot water mixed with detergent cleans grease and stubborn dirt.
After that, a rinse section washes away detergent and food particles.
Next comes the final rinse/sanitizing section, where very hot water or sanitizer kills bacteria and ensures proper hygiene.
Finally, dishes come out hot and almost dry, ready to be used again or stored.

This system allows kitchens to wash hundreds or even thousands of dishes per hour without stopping, making daily operations faster, cleaner, and more efficient.
