🥳 We are proud to introduce the best selling machine in Deyung-DV855+ Vertical Machining Center which suitable for medical devices, automotive parts and 3C products processing.
✅ Machine castings
The key parts of DV855+ (the bed, column and spindle box) are all made of Mihanna castings with stable structure and quality.
This machine has a wide base, and the column is a triangular box-shaped structure. It features a full-support design for heavy loads, with a solid structure that ensures the capability to handle heavy loads during processing.
✅ XYZ axis
X/Y/Z-axis travel is 800/500/550mm. The distance nose to table is 120 to 670mm.
X/Y/Z axis uses linear guide rail (HIWIN& PMI) which has the characteristics of high rigidity, low noise and low friction so that it can make fast displacement and obtain the best circular accuracy.
Rapid displacement X/Y/Z: 48/48/48m/min.
✅ Spindle
The spindle is BT40 with 7.5/11kW motor. The speed of belt driven spindle can reach 10000rpm and direct type can reach 12000rpm, Cutting feed rate is 1-10000mm.
To achieve this performance, we use precision ball bearing with high speed and high precision and a high-horse power spindle motor as standard as well as a high-torque motor as optional when customer requires a higher torque output.
Further more, the front end of spindle adopts labyrinth design and has negative pressure air curtain protection function which can effectively prevent cutting fluid entering spindle to damage bearings.
✅ Controller system is Fanuc 0imf as standard, Mitsubishi as option.
✅ Tool magazine
Tool magazine is arm type with 24 tools. Max. tool length is 300mm, Max. tool weight is 7 kg.
✅ Table
Table size is 1000×500mm with 600kg max. load.
