A good sample proves that a part can be made.
A good production process proves that it can be made again.
That difference matters in custom stamping.
For this aluminum alloy component, we were not only looking at whether the shape was correct.
We were looking at the things that become painful when production starts:
→ Can the two-side holes stay consistent?
→ Can the dimensions remain stable?
→ Can the stamped edges stay free from burrs and sharp points?
Because one acceptable sample is not the real goal.
The real test comes when the same part has to be produced repeatedly.
One good part is a result.
Consistent parts are a process.
This is one of the high-precision stamping components recently developed for a customer.
