Got your new pallet truck with loose handle parts and don’t know how to assemble it?
This video walks you through installing the pallet truck handle quickly.
Tools needed: Needle-nose pliers, pin shaft, cotter pin
Align holes on the handle and cylinder, insert the main pin shaft
Fit the cotter pin and bend it with pliers to lock, preventing the shaft from slipping out
Thread the chain through the middle hole of the pin shaft and connect to the release valve clip below
Adjust chain tension and tighten fixing screws
Remove the safety pin from the cylinder. Pump the handle repeatedly to test lifting and lowering
⚠️ Key Reminders:
The chain must pass through the central hole of the pin! Secure the cotter pin tightly to avoid dislodging during use. After assembly, test lifting and lowering multiple times. Confirm normal operation before loading goods.
Warehouse managers, purchasers and maintenance technicians, save this for later. Assemble it yourself upon delivery, no need to wait for technicians.
