The ISZL Nearly New Sale is a not for profit event selling children's clothes, toys and equipment in Zug. Kids of Africa was founded by Swiss National Burkhard Varnholt and provides a stable home to Ugandan children in need. Since 2012 ISZL has been working to support the building of the Kids of Africa, Kids Pioneers School. The school opened three years ago, provides education for some 300 studen

ts from the home and the local community. It is already highly successful. ISZL has also supported the opening of the much needed KOA school on Nkosi Island, Lake Victoria, and is now extending support to the development of a new vocational centre at the Kids Pioneer School. Students, teachers and parent volunteers from the school will all work together to make the ISZL NNS sale an outstanding success by raising funds for this project. The picture in our new logo was painted by children from the school in Uganda. A very big thank you to everyone who supported the Nearly New Sale in any way last Saturday. It was great to see so many people there!💗
We are delighted to share that an amazing CHF 6’050 was raised for ISZL’s new ‘clean water project’ with Kids of Africa, Uganda.
By collecting and reselling gently used clothes, toys, and books, the sale promoted one of the most impactful forms of recycling — encouraging the reuse of items to reduce waste and support a more sustainable future.
Great job team! See you next time!
